Malta and Valentines Day
Just thought I’d post a little about our Valentines weekend trip this year where we went to Malta. Malta is the southern most European country nearest to Africa and we were glad to escape the prolonged harsh winter in the UK. Just a weekend to wear a T-shirt was welcomed and we were so sick of how bad the weather was that we want to get away.. we only had the weekend so it couldn’t be anywhere too far away, we didn’t want it to be expensive and we didn’t want it to be too far away.
In summary it was a good time to go, it was inexpensive and I was able to wear my T-shirt. There were hoards of Japanese tourists, I wish I could understand Japanese as they seemed to know where to go and what to do. We had no idea, just turned up and wandered around.
